Central and Western Victorian

Travelled Westward to Bendigo to catch up with another mate, thanks to Murray and Helen for your hospitality and million dollar views.

Then on to a bit of an arty retreat in St Arnaud.

Also found some amazing history with the Lord Nelson Mine and the buildings and gardens around the town

Memorial to the Bore War

Queen Mary Botantical Gardens

Monument to first explorer to the area William John Wills (Burke and Wills)

And how can I forget the celebrations for another birthday

Les may want the number forgotten, but any birthday is worth celebrating.

From St Arnaud we travelled down through Ararat, and headed back to Dave & Julie's,

And another oops

We are so blesseed to have such great friends, distance hasn't diminished the bond between mates, and we look forward to returning the wonderful hospitality.

More Million dollar views of Lake Bolac with Van  tucked in behind Dave & Julie's place

Bright yellow of the canola fields around Lake Bolac

Always sad to say goodbye but looking forward to moving into S.A. this coming week.
