Animal attraction in Alice Springs

Well only Grace, It could only happen to her!

 

 

Whilst feeding the cute and furry rock wallabies out at the Gap, one decided to have a taste of Grace's hand as well as the wallaby food. Ouch, and ooh,  we washed it upstraight away but thought better of it and took her to the Alice springs Hospital for a Tetnus shot, 7:00 on a Friday night in any hospital emergency ward would be hectic but Alice Springs, what can I say? 4 and half hours later we did get out of there. The staff were wonderful and all need pay rises and medals for what they have to deal with.  Grace was a real trooper and took most of it in her stride, but definitely not in a hurry to go back there.
