In the end the rain determined our route home and we stayed pretty much on the black top.
Mostly stayed at bush camps, as you would expect, with beautiful sunsets.
Along the Darling before Menindee
After Broken Hill
A drink to watch the race that stops the Nation.
Lots of unwanted visitors,
arachna kind and flying kind
Camped by the Thompson River Longreach
Winton
Who knew we had 2 drummers in the family
Lucky there is no sound
Beautiful sunsets and passing trains
Final camp near Greenvale, pity about the rain and the 2am pack up to get up the hill
But out safe and sound and home by the end of November,
time to get us and the house ready for Christmas.
And of course to plan our next trip
